Having been the manager of Fitness on Capri for over a year now I am adamant I am in the right place, I have built great rapport with the staff & members here, we take great pride in the sense of community we have at this gym, with everyone having similar goals in trying to better themselves each day! I am always open to feedback and suggestions, within reason, as I strive to build a space which is purposeful for our members. Being a qualified PT too, I take pride in offering my advice when requested, I am more than happy to help guide members through their sessions to reach their desired goals. Similar with covering classes, I enjoy having the opportunity to channel my knowledge into specific exercises I know will benefit and push the attendees to their limits, safely, giving everyone a sense of achievement once the class is over.
I personally base my training around strength and endurance, focusing on events such as the Ironman and Ultra-Marathons, and there’s no better place than the Gold Coast to carry out this type of training!

I am a qualified Personal Trainer, with Level III and IV Fitness Certificates, and I am deeply passionate about helping others develop strength, confidence, and healthy habits for the long term.Working at Fitness on Capri has given me the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and experience the special community we have here.

I am a 29-year-old international personal trainer with over 10 years of experience, specialized in strength training, explosive power, and high-intensity circuits.
I have a strong background in Olympic weightlifting, including movements such as the snatch and clean & jerk, with a focus on performance, technique, and injury prevention.
I am also a 4th Dan black belt in Taekwondo, with extensive experience in kickboxing and boxing.
My goal is to help you build strength, power, and confidence through structured, challenging, and enjoyable training sessions, tailored to your personal goals.

Practicing for the past six years, she mastered the skill until it became a natural part of her lifestyle. Now a certified Mat Pilates instructor, she’s excited to share how Pilates not only strengthens the body but also transforms the mind. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her by the beach, creating content, or styling her latest fashion finds on her Instagram. Her goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and at home in your own skin!

With a background spanning 15 years as a marine biologist and commercial diver, Kel seamlessly blends science, mindfulness, and movement in her approach to yoga. Her passion for ocean conservation, marine turtle rehabilitation, and shark research ran parallel to her yoga practice, where she found the same meditative flow beneath the surface as on the mat.
Now a dedicated yoga educator, Kel has spent over a decade teaching and has accumulated more than 1,800 hours of training under world-class mentors such as Jimmy Barkan, Noah Maze, and Sadie Nardini. With a deep passion for anatomy and functional movement, she teaches a variety of styles, including strength-focused Vinyasa, alignment-based classes, Hot Pilates, and Yin. She excels in meeting students where they’re at, offering modifications and adjustments to support beginners, injuries, and individual needs."

Anna is a Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, whose focus is to make her students feel better after each class. Her teaching is a balance of breathwork, stretch, strength and mind-body connection. She is also a dance instructor, which helps her to understand muscles, right engagement of the body and progressions/regressions of the flow.
Anna has been teaching Yoga and Stretch for over seven years in the US and Australia. Her main goal as a teacher is to share a magic of Yoga with others.

Hi, I’m Gloria.
Originally from Italy, I’ve been living in Australia for the past 15 years. I’m a certified Pilates Mat and Barre instructor with Certificate III & IV in Fitness, and I bring over 10 years of extensive experience teaching Pilates.
My classes are firmly rooted in the core Pilates principles—Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breathing, and Flow—while still delivering a strong, dynamic workout. Expect to sweat, work hard, and feel challenged, all while moving with intention and proper technique.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or more experienced, my goal is to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident in your body—leaving every class feeling empowered (and definitely a little sweaty ).

I have been practicing Yoga in gyms & studios all over Australia since 2005.
My style of teaching is focused on assessing different postural types while teaching, using exercise to correct postures to suit. Teaching flexibility, to strengthen the body. I have taught corporate groups, fitness groups and kids.
My biggest passion is Body fit Pilates, My speciality is to help with rehab and different injuries. Improving body -form whilst working out bringing body awareness, during the session. Helping members achieve, muscle toning, strength, flexibility, balance, focus, coordination, improving posture and the most important is body alignment.
I am very loyal and dedicated helping members achieve and maintain their fitness goals.
