Tiara originally hails from Michigan in the USA. Sports and fitness have always been a huge part of her life. From basketball and volleyball, to swimming and sprinting, you name it, she has done them all. She was a track all star in high school and a three time National Sprinter in 3+ events. She now trains Track Masters virtually in the USA and UK, all of which have seen massive improvements in their race times.

After graduating from the University of Michigan with a Bachelors of Science in Architecture, Tiara pursued her career for three years before moving to Australia, realising her true calling was in fitness. Teaching others to move their bodies in ways they never thought possible, is what brings a smile to her face daily.

After ten years in the fitness industry, Tiara has worked with beginners to athlete levels and all that’s in between. Whether you train with her in person, online, or participate in her boot camps and challenges, she will take the time to rebuild your foundations and make sure you move efficiently to create the strongest version of yourself.

Kellie is a true local, born and raised right here on the Gold Coast.
Competitive swimming was her passion, and Kellie reached national level before deciding to hang up her goggles to concentrate on her senior school years.
For twenty-three years, Kellie and her husband  were small business owners, operating a service station in Southport on the Gold Coast.
With a business, working longs hours and two small children, Kellie decided to make her health and fitness her priority.
Fast forward 12 months and with guidance, dedication, consistency and exercise Kellie lost an incredible 30kgs! Three years on, she has continued to maintain a healthy weight and, most importantly, her transformation has sparked a love for health and fitness.

Carly was born and raised right here on the Gold Coast, so you could say that health and fitness is in her blood! Having grown up living an active lifestyle and excelling in an array of sports throughout her school years, she knew that studying for her Executive Master Trainer Certificate (Cert III & IV) was the career path where her passion truly lay.

Having worked in the industry over a six year period, she then did a four year stint in London with her husband, travelling and experiencing the world. She was even lucky enough to nab herself the experience of a lifetime working at the London 2012 Olympic/Paralympic Games.

Now back living in her heartland, she is a busy mum who now, more than ever, understands the importance of making time for you

Nathan was born in Tamworth, New South Wales and has lived in Tasmania and on the Gold Coast. He studied at Coomera Anglican College. and is currently undertaking a Double Degree in Engineering (Honours) and Business at Griffith University.
Nathan works part-time as a Manager at Fitness on Capri. He enjoys AFL, running and mountain bike riding in his spare time.
Nathan delivers personal training and will be runs classes at Fitness on Capri and will be seen filling in for other instructors when required. Nathan is our supplements expert and is passionate about sourcing quality supplements that enhance health and fitness at a competitive price.

Born in Prague in the Czech Republic, Drae attended a special sports school and was active throughout his childhood. When he moved to Adelaide, South Australia, Drae found his passion for fitness. During his many years of training, Drae has personally experienced many different types of training styles. He has now set his sights to master the art of calisthenics. Calisthenics is the art of using your bodyweight as resistance in order to naturally develop your physique and be in control of your own body.

Drae’s fitness belief: Fitness does not come from only one type of training. Variety is the key to life and is also the key to perfect fitness. The mixture of bodyweight training, weight training, cardiovascular training and functional training is necessary to reach the pinnacle of your fitness level.

Tomikah was born in Melbourne and grew up here on the Gold Coast. Graduating from Aquinas College, Tomikah began a university degree but discovered a passion for, and moved into, the health and fitness industry.

You will see Tomikah around the gym leading small group fitness classes on the gym floor and the deck, running classes in the studio and working one-on-one with her personal training clients. She has a strong social media presence, sharing her training routines, her meal preparation, and her healthy lifestyle tips and techniques.
